Rules (Read first)

1. Number one rule. No Godmodding. Well I guess you can't help but God mod on DBZ 2. Stay in one location during a a event you can hop around but not like crazy 3. . You can't take control of someone's character unless they give permission. 4. No All seeing eye: If your character doesn't know the info, YOU don't know the info. Don't try to "send a guy" to tell you, that won't fly either. 5. Half Humans still have to follow the basic rules of humans as you still live on Earth, but Half Humans will have nor freedom than regular ones. 1. Unlike Humans they can go to other galaxies 2. Unlimited abilities
